According to the Russian satellite news agency reported on December 8, Ruslan Davydov, acting director of the Russian Federal Customs Service, told reporters that the trade volume between Russia and China will greatly exceed 200 billion US dollars in 2023, reaching a level of about 220 billion US dollars.

Trade between China and Russia increased 26.7 percent in January-November 2023, reaching a record of about $218.18 billion, according to data released by China's General Administration of Customs on December 7.

"Our forecast for the full year is about $220 billion," Davydov said.
